looks exactly like the picture. it comes with a battery inside so you don’t have to buy a new one. went to the flea market to get the key fob connected to the truck and the charged me $100. Overall, good product, but now there are times where the truck doesn’t detect the key… i don’t know if that’s from the key or the truck…

Got it and it was easy to program with a fob tool and is working a year later.

Nothing I tried worked to program this key. I took it to two different locksmiths and they couldn't get it to work either. I had to buy a key from them. This was a complete waste of time and money for everyone involved.

Don’t let the extra button for you if you owe the Explorer it definitely works for your car. I guess they just assumed it’d be cheaper to make one remote that works everything but don’t let it discourage you from buying it program very easy came with directions on the back of package.

I used this key to replace my key for my Ford Explorer 2015. I did not need the internals/data within the key however I needed the case since the silicone was broken on my original key. I went to the dealership and local car shops and they claimed it would cost more then 200 for each key to fix. I ordered two of these and all I did was take out the internal portion/board of the original key, and swap it with the one provided in this key and it worked perfectly. Saved me more then 300 dollars overall and after a few months have had no issues with the key.
