Got it in July. It broke. So it gets stuck with all the lights on and won't brew. For a while i could get past this by briefly powering off. Descaled it and it worked twice and went back to all lights on. Powering off no longer works.

A good choice now that we can find compostable pods. There is an error in the instruction manual on the buttons to push to engage the descaling process; the online manual shows the correct instruction.

It heats up super quick and is fast. The multiple needles make for great saturation and for a good cup of coffee. It is a little pricey though.

Works well, looks good, minimizes counter and storage space.The multi-tip water jets that shoot the water into the pod are a concern. Usually, Keuregs have 1 thingy up top that pokes a hole into the top of the pod. This has 4 or 5. That makes it difficult to close (it feels like you're doing it wrong), and it seems to be less compatible with the new Amazon pods that don't have the full plastic casing, as these don't stand up to the puncturing process because they don't get squeezed concurrently between the upper and lower puncturers. We'll see how long this lasts.I do like having no internal reservoir. I bought this for a cottage, so it sits for long periods with no use, and I didn't want water sitting in there. It still brews almost instantly, so having to heat the water doesn't seem to slow it down.

I ordered this coffee maker so I could have the same machine as I do in USA. Unfortunately it is not disclosed anywhere in the listing that this machine has USA plug and voltage. I purchased a grounded adapter and when I plugged it in it blew the machine. This item should not be sold in the UK.

Love love love! I have bought several Kuerigs over the years and this is by far my favorite!! Doesn’t stay on when not in use AND heats water so fast. Great blue color with slim design. Just perfect.

I bought this Keurig at the end of August, soon after my old clunker stopped working. I love the blue color; it’s bright and beautiful and boosts my mood.This Keurig is easy to use, and brews coffee that tastes terrific. I love that you can choose the size of your coffee and also make iced coffee. This Keurig also lets you know if you need to add water. So far, this Keurig is a real winner!

This is a fantastic coffee maker. The only regret that it doesn’t have a 16 once choice. I love the color. It makes a quick cup of coffee. I would highly recommend.

My Keurig coffee machine arrived this morning and it most definitely does work in the UK, although it does have an American plug on it. If the previous UK poster had read the information further down, they would have noticed that it states that it works on 110 volts, which means it will have an American plug on it.The day before, I purchased a step-down transformer from Amazon. The Keurig is 1200 watts, so I purchased a 2000 watt transformer. I plugged it all in and made some coffee and it worked perfectly. It is a great little machine that works in the UK.
