I love that this strainer is light but great quality and works exactly as I hoped. I’ve rinsed and strained rice several times, and drained the grease from cooked ground beef. This is one of my favorite new kitchen tools.

Use it to wash long grain, basmati white rice. Works perfectly. You do lose a few grains when you drain, and the grains do get stuck in the holes sometimes. Well worth it. Makes cooking rice more of a breeze for me.
