These leggings are very well-made, and the Polartec WindPro material is outstanding. There are two slight downsides, which is why I gave these 4 stars, instead of 5. One is that the knee patches are somewhat stiffer then the rest of the legging -- certainly acceptable for a horseback rider, but I wanted these for regular wear. Second, on the size Large, the waist was a little big in proportion to the length. Without a drawstring, I was worried that these might not stay put on me. (I'm a tad over 5 ft. tall, weigh 96 lbs, normally wear either a Women's XS or a Kids' L or XL.)
