Twice, they sent the same cheap plastic cylinder with loose bits inside. These are precision tools slamming and rattling against each other in the mail. The listing shows and says wooden case, not flimsy plastic. Total joke.

I'm sure the cutters are fine, but for the price, I expected to receive the lifetime wooden case that is pictured. Instead, this piece came in a very thin wall plastic with foam inserted. If this is the way KEO currently manufactures the product, the product image should be updated to suit.
