Nice lock box we utilize these a lot on our surveillance jobs to lock up camera equipment to keep burglars and employees out or at least slow down a burglar. They work well and are ventilated.

We use ours to secure UHF/VHF radios in. Real solid, very versatile. We had to make an adjustment to the locking part of the box, it had a bit too much slop in it.

Just got the lockbox. We need this for home use, not really worried about corporate theft. The box is sturdy and locks what we need it to, but as others have noted, the fan has issues. It's noisy by itself, but our fan makes an additional noise it's not supposed to, which sounds like it's brushing against something inside, and we need to just slightly push/tilt/adjust the box so that noise stops. It does seem flimsy. if it gets worse, we'll probably just buy a better fan and replace it.

Item was as described. It’s construction is very solid and does it’s job. There are enough knockouts for any wires you may need. I have not used the fan yet but I did plug it in and it seemed to work fine.

It protects my DVR from pet sitting for warmth. I haven't used the lock feature. I suppose that would be good for valuables if I am away, but it's not a safe. I am conscious of the fan when it is on. Some people might object to any fan sound at all. I do not. It evacuates the hot air from the DVR as it is intended to do. I grounded the fan to the lock box upon receipt. I sent all the wires through one knockout.I am very happy with this product.
