I had an issue with one of the springs on my trampoline breaking. I reached out to customer service with a picture of the broken piece. They bot back to me almost immediately. After a couple of expedient changes, they were all set to ship me a replacement trampoline at no cost. The whole thing was completed by the end of the evening and I had my new trampoline by the end of the week. They allowed me to keep the old trampoline for replacement parts if ever I need them. I so appreciate the quick response so I could get back to working out. I really love this rebounder!

The trampoline is great. The cover got messed up but seller sent me a new one within days. Great customer service. Can’t beat the price of the rebounder either

I bought this trampoline for my son who does this exercise for at least 15 minutes most days. We had many trampolines in the past but the last one was totally ruined and we needed a new one. After, researching on Amazon, I decided on this one because I wanted to try the spring trampoline as it did look sturdier.We had the trampoline for about 5 months and during that time the covers ripped and become unusable, the springs breaks, the padding ripped. The trampoline became unusable. I was disappointed because I paid more for this trampoline than I did in the past and gotten more than twice the worth. I contacted Amazon but the return time has already lapsed and they could not help me. I researched the seller and send them an email. The company responded and send me a brand new upgraded version of the trampoline. It was easy to setup and bouncing was smoother. It seems better for the knees. It was a little higher than the other trampolines and look stronger than the first one. However, I do not know if this trampoline will stand the test of time. However, the customer is definitely a 5 star for me.

I didn’t know rebounding had so many benefits. After researching it says that rebounding for 10 minutes is equivalent to running for thirty minutes. Once you start it enhances your mood. Great quality. Ease to assemble. Sounds like a squeaking bed…There is a smell, but it goes away.

We bought this, and after a few uses, had difficulty getting the jump mat to stay tight. The triangle pieces where the springs attach kept flipping sideways, causing the mat to loosen. I reached out to customer service. They were amazing. They replaced the trampoline free of charge. I thought they were just going to troubleshoot the problem with me, but instead got a brand new one. They were great to work with. And, we’ve had no issues with the replacement.

I haven’t use the trampoline as much as I wanted to, but it is a good investment. It’s harder to use then you think. It’s a great form of exercise. It sturdy and I love the portability. It’s easy to assemble and disassemble.

UPDATE : This was great for literally 6 weeks. It broke just after the return window.This is my third one (mini trampoline) I have bought since 2021. Bouncing/running/walking every morning is what gets me out of bed in the morning. It’s my favorite workout because it’s easy on my old joints. I use it daily for at least an hour. The first one I had for about a year before it started to wear out at the seams that hold the straps onto the springs. The second one wasn’t taught enough to get a real bounce out of. I weigh between 135-140, but I bought this one because of its high weight limit. I find that the tighter the surface, the more bouncy it is and that’s what makes it fun! This one is perfect and silent! So I can use it indoors without waking anyone up. I’m impressed with the 2 sets of feet. The suction cups make it stationary on my stone floor as well as widening the pressure points on carpet. The normal feet can really do a number on carpet. I’m really impressed with the quality of this, especially for the price. If you’re considering buying it, DO IT! I’m nearly 50 and this thing makes me feel like a kid again and burns a ton of calories.
