The UViator Protective Fly Mask is constructed with Kensington's newest High UV Textilene, Solar Screen, that has a 90% UV rating, making it one of the most protective fly masks on the market. It features a double locking lead rope fastener which turns it into a CatchMask with the clip of a lead rope. Interior is lined with soft fleece at sensitive spots to prevent rubbing. The design includes soft mesh ears and long removable nose piece.

I previously had the same mask without the ears and nose portion and loved it. My horse has two blue eyes and a pink nose and gets sunburned easily. I figured I would pop for the better system and bought this one. Within two days of wearing it, my horse had a bloody sore right where the seem of the nose portion meets the face portion. I felt it and noticed that the seem was sharp and she was getting cut/abrasions from it when chewing. I even tried to tape over the seem to provide some gliding ability but no luck. This is not a sizing issue as I choose the correct size based on measurements. Very disappointed and a waste of money, not to mention injuring my horse.
