I had ordered these rods a few months ago and they are still really great but if you are looking for rods to hold some heavy duty blackout curtains then I do not recommend. After time they have continued to bend and get weaker. They now can barely hold up my curtains. They are now slanted and droopy. Easy to put up!

I wanted sheers for the daytime for a bit of privacy and my heavier curtains to close for the evening for absolute privacy. The ball on the end keeps the heavy curtains from moving off the rod. I leave the white set as is all the time and just close the blinds underneath at night. This set did the job well and looks fantastic!!

The curtain rods are just right. I had a bit of a time trying to figure out why I couldn’t get the 3 poles to go together, I watched a video on YouTube and I had to unscrew the pieces at the ends and switch the poles around! I would’ve never thought to do that!But after that, it worked very nicely!

Wanted to elevate our curtains to have a light filtering set and a blackout set. These were a great price, easy to install and feel sturdy! They look amazing too, I highly recommend getting them!

Having the double bar is a huge plus because it means we can have a sheer curtain to maintain privacy when we also want to let natural light into the room but also have the option to pull the black out curtains of needed.The adjustable feature of the rods is convenient because I was able to buy the same rod for several windows of different dimensions. The draw back. Of this is that the curtains sometimes do not slide smoothly on the rod over the telescoping portion.My partner installed these with minimal difficulty and the look is really classy.

I've been eyeing up double curtain rods for months, and these came up at the right price for me to finally buy. I have no regrets. I'm a 5' 5" woman without a lot of upper arm strength and I was able to put these up quickly with the help of a step ladder. I have a pair of blackout curtains (HEAVY) and a pair of lighter sheers underneath and I love how I can maintain a sunlit space during the day while still having privacy, and have a completely blacked out space at night. These curtain rods look great and are extremely easy to install, and very high quality. I also didn't even have to use the included drywall anchors as I was able to screw right into the studs around the window frame.

Sturdy enough curtain rod for the price. The wall supports have flex so they seem a little flimsy at first but they seem to be holding up well. However, my curtains are very lightweight. Not sure how the same rod would do with heavier curtains. Install was pretty easy, though there are no instructions for how to assemble the rod if you need to use the extension. Thankfully, it seems others have had the same question and asked it here so I was able to find my answer. I ordered the matte black and it looks great with my white curtains but the set came without the second decorative ball end so I’m hoping I can somehow order one somewhere. Otherwise I might just have to take the other one off so that both ends match.

Great deal for the price!I needed the pole extended to almost its full length (305cm) and it was tricky to figure out how the poles go for the extension.You have to take off one of the ball-ends and replace the small accordion piece with the screw to the bigger one (included), the small pole then becomes the middle one and you then attach the ball-end to the bigger pole.It took us almost 30 minutes to figure this out so hope this helps someone ! Poles look great.

Great, robust, and reaaaaalyyyyyy extensible. The little pièces of white plastic have a real use when using the extension, so arm yourself with a screwdriver and use the 3 supports provided. Otherwise, for the price, it is the best deal around.

Used the extension, but had to rig the ends to fit into extension rod.Otherwise, the rod works well and my curtains look beautiful.

I ordered these to replace the 2 failing rods I'd previously installed (separately). I intentionally ordered these longer than I needed since, well, you know, rods stretched to the max loose their integrity. From other reviews I was aware the instructions were a joke. Upon opening, it was obvious why others had commented on the confusing instructions. After some contemplation & reading again the helpful comments of others, I realized I didn't even need the extensions! Bonus points, the hangers fit right onto my pre-existing screws, popped right in place and I have the 2 extension rods to re-purpose elsewhere. These are sturdy, so I'm not sure why others thought they were flimsy unless they're buying rods that are too short & stretching them to the max + heavy curtains = flimsy. Would purchase again, can't beat the price.

I like the rods very much after I figured out how to put everything together for my double window.As most other reviewers pointed out, the instructions weren't of much use. But I'm not going to let that take away from the rating, ... because I knew nothing about putting together long curtain rods but took my time and figured it out as follows. (I think some people had problems with the "extension" rod and using all three rods together, it IS possible read on)I have two windows side by side, total measurement about 71 inches. At first I used the two rods that already had the finials as it was packaged (finials is new word to me, as I said, I'm new to this!) .... It came packaged such that there was one sturdier rod with a finial and the extension rod had a finial. I believe this would be used if you needed your total rod length to be anywhere from about 45 inches (ABOUT 45, meaning greater than the length of one "fatter" rod) and less than ABOUT 90 inches (less than the length of the two "fatter" rods together). And in this case, the skinnier rod doesn't "click" into the bracket making it difficult to avoid the rods sliding apart when you "open" or move the curtain. I'm not sure what the solution is for that issue, it could be that one can secure the rods with some of the parts that were in the package, but I'm not sure.In my case, I thought if I could figure out how to use the two main rods, that would be OK since putting them together would be just a wee bit longer than I needed. But how? Using all three rods was like a puzzle to me since the instructions were extremely basic and didn't cover this.The solution: Take the finial off the extension (thinner) rod, and put it on the other "fatter" rod, (** see note on bottom - this is a little exercise in itself. ) ... then I could use all three rods, with the extension rod ... halfway inside one "main" rod and halfway inside the other - making it not visible. For the width I needed for two windows, I could use the extension rod so it is half way between both "main" rods, and the "main" rods join together. So the extension rod is functioning more as a stabilization rod. Now the rods click into the bracket. I had to use the third bracket right in the middle.(putting up the brackets was hilarious for me, as there are metal "braces" around my windows under the drywall .... between that and not hitting the studs, "oi"!)** Finial note: When I took the finial off of the extension rod (it was there as packaged, and I had to unscrew and pull ... it wasn't exactly easy taking the finial off but it finally came off) ... anyway I tried putting it on the end of the other "main" rod and it wasn't secure. I needed a fatter "plastic thingy" that was screwed onto the finial. Oh, then I had a light bulb moment. I was wondering what those fatter "plastic screwy thingies" were for in the little plastic packet ! I thought they were real fat anchors to use in the dry wall if needed. Nope!! They were replacement "plastic thingies" for the finials. In order to put the fatter "thingy" on the finial, you have to remove one that's there, by unscrewing the screw that attaches it. Then screw in the fatter "thingy". Now the finial will fit firmly into the "main" rod (the end of the rod that has no plastic insert in it). It might take time to screw in/push the finial into the rod, just like it was when removing it as explained above.
