Very solid well constructed doesn't feel cheap. When fully secured it doesn't feel like it will fall off I feels grounded. The bag being able to be removed and used as a backpack it feels like an afterthought. But as a bike bag it is solid. Even with weight it feels secure. The fit is universal and adjustable so as long as you have a rear rack on your bike this should work.

They have a lot of room to hold a lot of stuff. They are well made, and priced well below some of the bags in bike stores, so they are a good value. There are times when I would like a set of pannier bags to carry things on my bicycle, but not necessarily all the time, so I can’t really justify the very expensive bags at the bike stores. These fit that need vey well. They are reasonably priced and well made. – perfect. They have a lot of straps, and the instructions are not the best, but we think we figured them out. The only issue I had with the bags was the “assembly”. They come with four rigid plastic panels that you need to insert in the front and back of each bag. These took me a fair amount of trial and error (and some swearing) to get them in. What worked for me was to use one hand to hold the bag open, a second hand to “rip” open the Velcro closure on the pouch for the panel, and a third hand to force/wiggle the panels into the pouch. I pressed on the sides of the panel, causing it be somewhat “U” shaped, forced it into the pouch and then let go, causing it to spring back to flat. Once it was more or less in the pouch, I was able to wiggle and push to get the panel all the way down, and pull the Velcro flap over it.That ordeal was the only issue I have had with the bags so far. I am really glad I got them.

I really love these Pannier bags. They provide a LOT of storage space -- like you could pack for several days worth of adventure in these. Lots of versatility, and they work great. The removable top bag is very cool -- they include straps to convert it into a backpack, and it also has a carry handle if you don't want to go that route. The top bag opens up full clamshell so you can easily get a lot in or out. One thing to be aware of is that the top bag is removable but not designed to attach to the rack without the size bags, because it attaches directly to them. So you can use the side bags without the top bag, but you can't attach the top bag without the side bags. I suppose you could get inventive with the shoulder straps or add a tie-down, but it's not natively designed that way. You may also find yourself wanting to detach the shoulder straps when it's connected to the side bags so there's less stuff, but I don't think that's strictly necessary. The shoulder straps aren't padded but this isn't intended to be a full-time backpack anyway. You also receive a large rain cover and inserts to give the side bags structure. The material is heavy duty, looks and feels great. I'm very pleased with these, and glad I ordered them!
