Note: Due to the computer program, the light may stay on for a while after the engine is turned off. This is not a problem with the light and will not affect your vehicle. It can be solved by installing a relay (not included in the package)

If your UTV comes with a muffler or doesn't have a mounting screw, you will need to drill holes for installation.

Very easy install, took about 10 minutes. Had to use a smaller bolt for the hole I chose for the install. Only gripe is it stays on (dimmed) for a couple of minutes after taking it out of reverse. Should not be a huge issue. Overall, I am happy with the purchase. Light is bright and serves its purpose well.

I installed this on our 2024 Polaris Ranger 1000 Crew Premium (not an XP) and chose this position. It was a difficult install only because you have so little direct access to the hardware trying to work with it behind the rail. Once wrangled into place I was able to tighten it securely and it works great. Very bright and of course the non-XP model has the same plug as XP so you just plug it in.

You will likely need some nuts, longer bolts, washers, lock washers, and tools from the garage! They give you some, but every install seems different from what I read. Depends on your model and accessories.Installed it, and I love it!Concerned about the light staying on after you turn off the ATV? Wait a bit it fades off on its own. Thankfully, I read someone else's review letting me know this, or else I would have been pulling my hair out looking up the relay switch that someone else mentioned. Not needed if you're not concerned about being street legal.
