This product is what I paid for; however, there's several large gripes I have with it especially as someone who's new to the kegerator world.Cons:-The instruction manual was in French only...and was for a different model minifridge than the one I was sent so it was absolutely useless. I had to figure out if the dial (1-6) was had 6 or 1 as the coldest. 6 was the coldest for those wondering. This was only a minor inconvenience but took a full night of equilibrating to determine. The manual provided only described digital control instead of the knob.-The dual regulator's knob came off immediately upon opening with a loose screw inside (which has no apparent home for it anywhere). I sent the manufacturer a message asking if it was usable. They took over a week to reply saying to return it. I ended up trying to see if it worked still after 3 days of no response which it did. But this is not a part that anyone should expect to have poor quality control on. I decided not to return it as it seems to be functioning fine now.-The English directions (~3 pages front and back) that did come were minimal and largely just advertisements for add-ons/parts you could buy.-The holes that were drilled into the fridge are about 5-10 degrees crooked with the tower holes. This is extremely frustrating since this makes it impossible to drill new ones. It also makes the whole kegerator look cheap as you can easily see it's not centered even at a distance unless you squint. It's not as easy to see in the picture, but it is present.-There's no hose provided to bring cold air up to the top of the tower. Plus the fan is behind a panel, so it would have to be modified a bit to implement this. AKA, this leads to more beer loss between uses.Neutral-Temp control knob seems to be very touchy (ex: turning halfway between numbered settings, such as 2 to 2.5, can result in a 4-5 degree swing, which in my opinion can be a good thing once you use the product for a while)Pros:-Once you get used to it, the product performs as expected and functions fine.-Fan is relatively quiet.-Cold beer and/or coffee on tapOverall, this product loses a star for the crooked tower, another for basically having no directions, and lastly one more for shipping me a regulator that is of questionable quality at best. It does work and is what was advertised. If they are able to have better quality control on their products along with better directions I could see this being a 5 star product. However, that is just not the experience I had.

We purchased this item through Amazon ( the 3 pull kegerator on 3/22/2022. We were not able to put it together till 7/1/2022 and the temperature controls are not working. We have tried to put in a email for help and there has been no response , we also have tried to call and there is just a busy signal. We called Amazon and tried to have them contact them on 7/21 and they could not get ahold of the company. Do not recommend buying this item, unless you want to loose $1,000 dollars on a item that there is no customer support.. This kegerator freezes the beer sometimes then works at other times. I will update this review if the company stands behind their product.

We have had this for a couple of months now. Seems to be working great. Holds 3 Corny kegs and the CO2 bottle easily. Keeps beer and cider cold. Great product for the price.

I ordered the three tap. It came with rudimentary instructions. I needed to call customer service for some clarification. They were very knowledgable and I got my answers on setup. Plugged it in and it started to cool. I got the analog control so I put a digital thermometer inside to monitor temperature. Put kegs in and monitored. Temp was not low enough even with the control turned to Max cool. Called customer service and they said to put a bottle of water and check the temp of the water as air temp typically runs higher. Didn't seem logical because the door was left closed and all should be the same temperature, right? Wrong, there was a difference and the water was colder. Maybe the digital control would have been a better option. The thing that you should know is the casters are not ball bearing. They don't roll very well with the kegerator full. The nut that the casters screw into are spot welded on top of the frame so the weight popped the nut off and now I had a three wheeler. They don't come with a capture nut or flats on the stud to make adjustments. These were totally under built and the nut not properly placed and welded. I bought some casters with capture nuts and flats on the stud to adjust height. I bought these on Amazon, 4 Pack of 2 Inch Stem Casters, Abuff M10 Heavy Duty Swivel Casters Loading 440 Lbs (2 with Brakes & 2 Without) . They are ball bearing and worked great. Using the capture nut I was able to secure the unwelded nut and properly level the cooler.

It drives me crazy when people review based on what they didn't buy.I bought this as a starter system and am very happy. It comes set up for Home Brew 5 gallon kegs. I bought additional commercial keg couplers and as pictured, am able to fit 3 commercial 5 gallons in with the CO2 tank mounted externally.I did buy nicer than Kegco commercial couplers since this is a common failure point, bought some used tap handles for my favorite flavors, and have been rolling happy since. Some advice:First, like all systems finding the right temperature settings takes days because the more you open the door when stressed the more you hurt yourself. Start midrange and have the patience to know that every setting takes a day to adjust. When you see the purchase price just go ahead and times it by 2 if you don't have commercial taps ang kegs ready to negate the deposits. That is not a negative statement, it is totally reasonable as a functional entry level to draft quality at home.

Love this! We ordered for our office and installed it today. We had it custom installed under our new countertops in our office bar and it looks fantastic. I had to go to lowes to by 2.5" 1/4 20 screws because the screws were too long for our counter tops but that's about the most complicated portion of the install. I was very worried about installing this because I've never done anything remotely close to it before however the instructions were simple and the setup was SUPER easy, even for a 1st-timer like me. Highly recommended.
