My freezer quit working fairly quickly and this company gave no responses and were no help. Do not purchase anything from this company. Terrible customer service.

Everyone needs a back up freezer! You can't beat less than 200 delivered to your home. This works great, and has a nice shelf plus a basket insert for smaller things. Although, the holes in the basket are too large to hold smaller items. You could line it to keep things from slipping through. That's what I plan to do.

The door has a fairly good seal. Cooling quality is more than adequate. It takes about 2 hours to fully cool to the setting one selects. Uses minimum electricity. The quality of material inside and outside the cooler is excellent. It looks really nice and does not take up much space for its capacity. Its really quiet during operation. Nice higher section shelf and the sliding basket is great too.

This freezer arrived in perfect condition. Based on some of the previous reviews I was concerned. Plugged it in and have not had any problems except it’s almost full with our tomato crop pre-spaghetti sauce. It’s a nice addition to our much larger freezer that is already full. We have recently moved to an area that has no appliance stores that carry freezers. This was sure a nice option as to size and it’s working well!
