Comes assembled in box. My puppies love it. Of course they won't share but it's been a revolving door of snuggly cuteness. Best purchase so far.

I had a hard time finding a little sofa that would allow my nosey pup to keep an eye on the neighborhood. This couch is so perfect! Extremely well made, plush, and the two tiny pillows are a cute chic touch. Love it and so does Chewy!

I love this doggy couch and more importantly my dogs love it! I have 3 small/medium size dogs and the couch can comfortably fit 2 of them. Its low enough where they can get on and off it especially since they are older dogs. The couch is made very well and it's sturdy. I do feel like this was money well spent.

After unboxing, it appeared to be what it said it was, but once I set it up, the base (board part) turned out to be quite flimsy and unstable. Even after placing its cushion, my dog refused to jump up and sit down. I ended up cutting a cardboard box and laying it between the sofa base and its cushion to reinforce stability and ensure the sofa base wouldn't fall down. I ordered the Large size but my 60 lbs. hound pup barely fits fours legs all folding, part of her back and all of her tail hanging totally off the sofa... Very disappointing...

Admittedly it took a few months for my cats to decide to use it, but they love it now. The couch is so cute that I couldn't bring myself to return it, so I'm glad they finally decided it was acceptable.I did replace the cushion insert with an old pillow, mostly because the water resistant lining was crinkly and loud, which can be potentially off putting for some pets. Super easy to swap it out though, thanks to the zipper on one side. Other than that, zero complaints. It's sturdy and well-made, and aesthetically appealing too. Plus, my absurdly large/tall/long cat fits comfortably so that is a win on its own!

Good quality, cute little pillows. I bought this in hopes that my 63lb, very furry, mixed Chesapeake Bay Retriever stays off the couch. She seems to like it so far, but I would like it if they had an XL size so she can spread out. We'll try and update if I end up returning. Just worried it's not big enough for her to feel comfortable.

My fuzzy angel Seven of Nine is a plus size gal and getting older. She's been struggling to jump up on the couch or bed and couldn't climb the tower I got her. I decided she needed a comfy spot she doesn't have to jump into, that's also very soft for her older joints. After she finished her dinner, she finally checked it out and made herself comfortable on her new throne. I couldn't be happier.The couch came fully assembled. It's very soft and squishy. It had a faint plastic smell from being inside a plastic bag inside the box it delivered in. It wasn't needed but I put a little catnip on the couch to offset the smell until the couch can air out on its own. As you can see from the pics, she isn't bothered in the slightest.I highly recommend, and will probably be getting a second one for the bedroom lol
