I’ve been looking for these for a while and so glad I found these! They are sturdy and perfect for serving salads, lasagna, cake, brownies and other foods that just don’t work with a serving spoon. The finish on them is nice, too!

Works great for picking up food. The size of the handles are nice and big even for bigger hands. They are nice metal so will last a while. Very nice product.

The tongs came in great condition. No scratches or rust. They seem heavy duty but not overly heavy in weight, just well made.The chrome was bright & shiny, not dull at all.I really like the versatility of the tongs in that they are solid on one side which makes scooping up small salad goodies such as seends & berries much easier. They could also be used to grab fruit such as cubed Watermelon w/o scooping the juice or sliced Cucumber salad without its juice.Overall, I think these were a great purchase & I'll be happy with them as tongs for our wedding food.

When I came across these, I knew they were a must for our family’s holiday celebrations. When I received my order, I was impressed with the look of the item: bright and shiny finish and a size and weight that is substantial enough to securely pickup bigger food items (think sandwiches, cupcakes, whole fruit), not to mention light duties like serving up a salad. Yes, their functions are diverse, but being user friendly is another story. Sure, the tongs easily open (maybe too easily), but holding them - actually operating them - is not a pleasant experience. The edges of the metal surrounding each hole-in-the-handle are notably sharp and burred: a stark contrast to the smooth, shiny look. Maybe your guests will just find them uncomfortable to operate, but I see these becoming a hazard with prolonged use: I imagine cuts to the tender skin of just-washed hands, and blisters arising on the guest who kindly helps everyone to a serving. They were such a good buy that I’ll keep them, but I’ll keep looking for a pair of these scissor-style tongs that aren’t a safety hazard to my family and friends.
