A few months ago, we bought this beautiful pendant light. We really like the way it looked. Installation was fairly easy. However, from the beginning, once we installed the lights, we started having flickering issue with the dimmable switch. We bought a compatible switch, and that seems to solve the flickering issue. Another issue we are having is that we are finding out the bulb that came with the light seems to have a short life span or maybe defective. We contacted customer service and supposedly they are sending one on its way but now we have another one that’s out. Mind you this is LED lights. At this point, I’m not sure whether we might have to completely Change to a Different bulbs.

I was not sure if the quality when we ordered the product, however it arrived on time, was very well and safely packaged. Also it is exactly as shown in the pictures. The gold color is high quality and so is the glass of the globes. It was little tricky to install it but not because the assembling was complicated but our ceilings are exceptionally high which made it difficult to install the lamps. Through customer support I contacted the merchant and asked if they could send some parts. They responded within few hours and shipped the parts. I’m glad that I found this merchant and ordered from them. Later I ordered 3 more pendant lamps for other rooms in my home. Highly recommend the vendor.

I purchased this light fixture for my new rental townhome, and the assembly was straightforward, which I appreciated. It was a nice touch that 8 bulbs were included, but unfortunately, the quality of the bulbs is questionable. After only 3 weeks on the market with minimal use, one of the bulbs already burned out, despite the home being unoccupied. The bulbs themselves appear cheap and didn't come with any useful packaging information. Due to this issue, I had to spend an additional $20 to replace all 8 bulbs with higher-quality ones. I wish the manufacturer would have provided better bulbs to avoid this inconvenience.Update: after posting the review, the seller contacted me and offered to partially cover the extra cost of replacing the bulbs, which I appreciate.

My only issue is there were no installation instructions, which adds to the timing since we had to research on the internet how to install the light. This is an easy fix, add instructions to the package or provide a website with video or written instructions.

My wife wanted a mid century modern fixture as a change in our dining room, and we came across this chandelier from KCO Lighting at a very reasonable price. Upon looking at the quality, reviews and certification I decided to make the purchase. Putting it together was very easy and I must admit it looks just like an expensive light fixture that I’ve seen in high-end showrooms. Unfortunately, I did have a problem with one hanging bar being stripped at the end, but just as the company promised, they responded to my email within 24 hours. I highly recommend this lighting fixture, and I am very happy with the KCO Lighting Company. I did change out the lightbulbs that came with the fixtures before I finally hung it up and that was my own preference for an Edison look bulb with a warm lighting appearance. It does have a ground wire and other electrical connections that may be necessary. Not a hard fixture to install at all if you’re anywhere near handy.

It's just beautiful. Good quality for the price. I used Edison dimmeable lights. This product size is great for a table that sits 4 people. For a longer rectangular table, other types of light fixtures like the more elongated ones would look better in my opinion. The delivery was great, everything was well wrapped.If you are thinking about getting this product, go ahead, you won't be disappointed.

I am so happy with this ceiling lamp! It’s absolutely beautiful and arrived in pristine condition, scratch-free. Assembly was a breeze, and I appreciated that the bulbs were included, which saved me an extra trip to the store.The shade of gold is perfect—elegant and not brassy—which was my biggest concern when ordering since I’ve had to return other products in the past due to disappointing colors.
