Before you paint this on your exhaust manifolds, sandblast them first. They come out looking like new after painting.

I used this product to paint the rusty looking center hub area of my brake rotors. I did not like the requirement that you have to let it sit for eight hours in between coats, but the finished product looks great! So far it’s held up nicely, we will see how it stands up the test of time. For anyone who’s wondering, I just brushed it on. The excess was easily cleaned off the face of the rotors with some brake cleaner and a rag while it was still wet. I did not bake the stuff in the oven like the directions called for. I figured just driving the vehicle would put some heat in the rotors over time. So far so good.

This product performs exactly as it states. I used this product on my hot water baseboards (yes- baseboard heat covers) and it covered all the old rust immediately. Dried incredibly fast and is seriously scuff and chip resistant once dried. Note: You need to work in a well-ventilated area and wear proper protection because the vapors are strong. Read the can it will provide all the safety info. I wish I used this type of product years ago, it would have saved me a lot of time and money. I love the results.

I am 80 years old, been spraying paint since .my early teens. Both radel can and spray gun. I have never seen spray can produce anything like this product. I followed the manafactuer instructions to a T. Instead of the paint coming out in a ever mist it comes in spurts. VERY VERY POOR PRODUCT.

My headers have been on the engine for over 30 years and really needed a touch up. I did not want to use spray because of the potential mess. Finally, I found an alternative that could be applied with a brush. The paint goes on really easy and only needed one coat.

nice product but use in a ventilated area -- found that masks of most any time do not provide the best protection. the product looks great when applied -- it does require that you clean the pipes or other items you plan to paint and apply a primer made for heated surfaces.
