This was great for our ferrets! We used to deal with dumped food and a mess. When we got this, the mess stopped! Easy to undo and refill!

Bad design, worse quality. If I saw this thing in person, I’d never buy it.Not even worth a fraction of the price, cheap design, cheap material, cheap craftsmanship. My expectations for this brand was not very high, but this is a new low.

I used this for my rats, as I was going to be gone for a few days and I had no worries about them running out of food.

I waited nearly two weeks for one and almost a month for another. I love these for my cats and actually do not use the bracket to hang in but instead attach large hooks on the back to quickly mount to their cage.

Great little rabbit feeder. Probably would have benefit from a bigger capacity because my rabbit is BIG. Don’t place super close to water source if your bun is messy. Mine drinks and splashes water so it splashed a bit into the food which made it into mush. Great after it was moved up a bit. Also my rabbit is a chewer and this hasn’t been a victim yet.

This attached easily to the inside of my rat’s cage that has 1/2 inch horizontal bars. It seems to be pretty sturdy and I don’t foresee it falling down without tremendous force being applied to it. For my 8 adult rats I estimate it can hold about one week’s worth of dry food. It is made out of plastic so I am hopeful they don’t start chewing it. But the plastic is thick and is preferable to me as I don’t like the sharp edges or look of the metal commercial farm variety that they modeled this after. Should it fail I will update this review, otherwise I recommend this product.

I used. It on a dog kennel, I had yo use a piece of plastic with a hole in it to extend the plastic nut to fit the bars, but works great.

I was searching for something like this gravity feeder for my chicken's Oyster shells. I was about to make something then saw this for a great value. Who cares what color; I got a pretty blue. But love the lid to keep rain out of it and it holds more than enough for the chickens to peck at-will. It offers a couple of different methods to mount the bracket that is strong and sturdy. Yet I mounted in such a way that even the "foot" on the bottom could add more stability on the 2x4 frame next to the wire 'wall'. I think the chickens will not be able to move it around in their hungry haste. I was very happy to find this and put it into immediate use, with the expectation of many years functionality. Oh, I got it several days quicker than promised! That made me very happy too.

We got these for our guinea pigs when away on holiday. We didnt want our neighbours to have to faff with food when checking on them, so told them just to check the level. Two of these lasted two guinea pigs all week! Easy to attach, with different options. Very pleased.

Pros. Hold a lot of food. Hooks to the side of the cage, either inside or outside. Sturdy.Cons. Only one that I can think of. The dish part is smooth all the way up. It needs a lip or a grate or something to keep my pigs from digging the food out and spilling it. We are pretty handy and I'm sure I can come up with a way to attach a lip, but it would be nice if Kaytee just designed it that way.

This is a really great idea. Setting it up was easy (you will need a screwdriver though) and it holds a fair amount of food (3 days’ worth for our bunny). It has holes at the bottom to let dust out so make sure you attach it high enough to not sit on the bottom of the cage. (Especially if your water bottle tends to leak.) We’ve been using it for a few weeks now and the plastic is hard/thick enough that she hasn’t tried to chew it yet and. I feel like the door on top opens the wrong direction for easy filling in the cage but it detaches easily so it’s not a big deal.We switched to this feeder because she was constantly knocking her bowl over or moving it under the water bottle. She was pretty mad that it doesn’t move for the first day but has since accepted it.
