My male rats spend a lot of time lazing in this hammock--sometimes all three at once! I wash it in the washer with their fleece and it comes out nice and clean. It is easy to clip on the cage too. I bought three, but my rats, when they were young, eventually chewed one up pretty bad, so I retired that one. However, these hammocks last a lot longer and are a lot sturdier than another brand I bought, which my prior pair of rats destroyed pretty quickly. Two of my three are still in near perfect condition after many months of use. My only complaint has to do with the colors. I love the blue color and wish I could choose a color when ordering. Two of my three have been pink, which is a bummer.

My 2 ferrets are very fond of their hammock; so much, I'll probably grab them another one here soon! They fight over who gets to snuggle in it the most. It's quite easy to clean (I just throw it in the wash and follow it up with a gentle drying cycle!), sturdy against the chewing 4 month old Satanic Spawn of a cute critter, and really just works great. 10/10 Would recommend!

My rat girls love this! More than enough room for 2. I’ve had it for about 2 months and no signs of wear. The exterior is nylon or a similar product, so it could become a health problem if chewed. Like everything given to pets, you need to watch closely at first to make sure they’re not damaging it in a way that could hurt them.

Our 2 rats like this. They can fit in it together. It is made of a sturdy material and soft fleecy bed side. It washed well too (I clipped the hanging clips together so they wouldn't get tangled in other items in laundry) I would highly recommend this one.

We have two rattie girls and the hammock that came with their home was horrible. I know it was meant to deter chewing but it actually deterred them from even using it! Knock on wood, but the girls haven't chewed this one, and they are just enjoying taking little naps together on top of this warm fuzzy hammock. Adorable! Highly recommend!

Rats enjoy this. Two fit fine. They did chew through two straps. I am using a metal office clip to attach the hammock to the top wires.

My three rats loved this hammock and slept in it all the time. It's very sturdy and held all three of them without breaking the straps or clips. You don't necessarily get the color pictured; I got a purple one. The reason for 4 stars is how easily it came apart when they started to chew on it. They didn't touch it for several months and I hoped they wouldn't chew it up. But one day I noticed that the fur had been chewed out of one corner. After that it took less than a week for them to completely destroy it. They chewed holes in the fur and started getting inside of it. From there, the bottom started to fray and it became unusable. It's a great product unless your animals decide that it might taste good! The only other problem I had was that the straps are really long, but that won't necessarily be a negative for everyone. I had to pull the straps through the cage bars and hook them on lower bars to pull the hammock to the height I wanted, but that's just because of its size within the space. It will take great care of your pets as long as they don't eat it!

I bought this for my little Rattie; I actually bought two. He LOVES it! I thought he was going to chew right through it like he does with everything else but he barely touched it. He lays in it all day like a lazy little boy and he even eats in it, so it MUST be comfortable! It's easy to wash, also. Definitely worth the buy.
