I recently upgraded my kayak paddle, and I feel a lot better keeping the stowed safe in this bag. My paddles are fairly wide so they fit snug but still slide in without difficulty. This makes them easy to carry. And now I'm not worried about them getting tossed around in the garage or damaged because I can hang them easily with the strap. If you've invested in a more expensive paddle, you should definitely invest in this bag to keep them safe. The price is very affordable and it's good quality. The pictures make it look a little confusing...what you receive is one bag with a divider sewn into the middle so you can slide one half of you paddle into each side, essentially two pockets inside the bag.

Holds my paddle in two pieces. Someone, for some reason, wrote on the bag I was sent. If I had to store my paddle in pieces, I would have preferred it to break down and be able to close with the paddle in 3 pieces. (mine is like that, I don't know if that is common or not). So an extra strip of velcro, or instead of having it horizontal make it vertical so there is more options to fit different sized paddles.

This was a very nice bag and had ample padding to protect my carbon fiber paddle but I didn't pay attention to the length of the bag it was too short for my paddle so I had to return hence a missing star.
