i got it and instantly i fell in love with this, but this is not a keyboard for beginners, i feel the reason why people write negative reviews, is because if you don’t read the manual first go good luck operating it and knowing how to utalize all of her features. i don’t exactly like how it has a standard small screen, but it is not hard to navigate once you begin to adapt to it. if your an advanced player and are all about action and having fun with different sounds you’ll definitely like this, also this has the most beautiful realistic piano sound i’ve ever heard and to my ear it even sounds better then a nord. why spend 3700 dollars on plastic and a cheap keybed when you can get a kawai mp7se that has the most competitive key action in the market ? the way kawai made their keybed on this keyboard you just don’t find this on other keyboards, hence, kawai puts their keybeds in the nord stage pianos, the reason why i see reviews that come out as negative here and there, is because people are beginners when purchasing this and they mess it up, (themselves) then blame the keyboard without reading the manual then return it because they just want a piano to sit down and play with minimal functionality. if you want a keyboard that has minimal functionality get the yamaha p125 and call it a day. i could not be happier with the kawai mp7se, i got mine and had NO ISSUES with mine but i did actually read the manual. this is probably the most realistic feeling and sounding accoustic LIKE piano out there, nord is just plastic and cheap the kawai has the nice metal chassis that makes it sturdy and unbreakable. i got a nord three months ago and within 2 days a key was broken, and the organ drawbar stuck, so i’ll NEVER get nord again.if you are abs advanced player and want something nice to enjoy this is definitely the right pick

Adorama Camera, through Amazon they sold me a Kawai mp7se piano. From the beginning the first flat BF sounded thunderous, no matter if it was pressed gently, but all the other keys sounded beautiful. After 2 weeks the situation worsened, now only 3 consecutive keys sound and then you have to wait 3 seconds to play another 3 keys. Now playing a chord is IMPOSSIBLE, IT DOESN'T SOUND. There are keys that produce very loud sounds and others in pianissimo although it is pressed with energy. I live in Guatemala and have bought several pianos from Amazon and, in general, they have been excellent experiences. On this occasion Amazon offered me a refund and that's fine but to have the piano in Guatemala I paid taxes and freight that I will inevitably lose. Also, if I buy another Kawai again, I will have to pay freight and taxes again to have it in Guatemala. Something that bothered me a lot was that the representative of Amazón made me feel guilty for bringing the product to my country rather than focusing on the fact that they sold me an extremely defective product. This time I spent US $ 1799 plus US $ 850 of Guatemalan freight and taxes to have 50 pounds of metal and plastic wood unusable.
