My parakeet uses these in his cage with some other type perches. He seems to like them. The sand stays on good and they are strong and attach to the cage well. I would buy them again.

Too small and skinny for my conure parrot

They are hard to clean. My bird sometimes uses them but prefers manzanita. They are the right size for a small conure.. I tell her she has to use or get her nails done at the vet. That’ll encourage her

These perches are perfect. They stay put, unlike the plastic ones, and the texture helps keep the bird's nails trimmed. The price is great too.

Listing does not give diameter. I had bought them for my rose breasted cockatoo. He has much larger feet. Gave to another bird owner. She says they are perfect for her baby.

The sticks are so thin and the material is bad. It looks like it is painted which and it would stains on your hand. Came wrapped with cling film… highly not recommend

They feel like genuine concrete perches. Feel solid and they have some weight. I have some perches that were supposed to be like these but they were sandblasted wood. My bird has chewed them up.

My bird likes to sit on these perches. Nice grit to them, not too rough. I do have other perches, in the cage, of all different widths and materials, to include natural and rope. I recommend having a variety of perches, and, not to use these perches, solely, for it can irritate birds' feet, if it's the only perch offered. I do wish that the perches had more variation, in the widths, but, overall, I like them. My bird nibbles on the grit, without any issues, so far, and, she likes to trim her beak on them. My perches came in pink, purple, and green.
