I've used these in oven, pellet smoker, etc. They are not super heavy duty but good enough for your pit smoker or oven. I've used them at 400 degrees and below will order again

I was using round pans, but I was wasting space. The square pans fit more food. They work great, but not heavy duty, If you have a lot of food, definitely need 2 hands. They can be reused, but sometimes they get holes or cracks around the edge. Overall, they work well and I use them almost every day. I will definitely continue to buy these. I use them for dinner most nights. Makes clean up easy.

I use these to make freezer meals and they are the perfect size. They are heavy duty, so are able to stand up to the weight of the food through freezing and baking.
