Felt like I was weary of the mounting mechanism but ultimately I was pleased with the installation.It looks great on the wall, fits the sword I got for my son, and cheap as all get out.Again, I was weary of the build quality/ mounting mechanism, but it holds great on the wall!

I loved this product. I originally ordered one and it was extremely cheap and flimsy. After some searching, I found this product. It is very thick and sturdy. It has a velvet protective patch to protect the sword and is a beautiful black color. I am very impressed with this product and trust it to hold my heavy sword.

So many 1-star or low star reviews with pictures with claims that its "wood with print" instead of acrylic material. Those reviews are from people that had no idea you HAVE TO PEEL THE PROTECTIVE SHEET.Overall, good purchase.

Decent price and simple, effective wall mount. Purchased for my own and my son's 2nd Deg Black Belt commemorative Kitanas. They're sturdy enough for the swords, but keep them out of risk of being bumped or brushed against.

I thought it would be painted black on both sides. One side black the other side is natural with a green stripe
