I liked this heater up until it shorted out not knowing for a week or two... I'd like to get another one free if I could it's not even that old

It works good but I didn't install it in the right place and it burnt it and out fast you have to put inside the Block in a freeze plug I didn't know that I didn't have lots of freeze plugs on this old motor it's an old 1969 Detroit Diesel

Bought a pair of these, 1 failed to heat after 6 months, the other one started to leak about the same time. Contacted Kat's go no response after 2 contact attempts. Very poor quality.

This heater solved a problem I had with heating my skid steer in the cold winter months. Although it's only rated at 400 watts, this plug heater get very hot quickly (less than 30 minutes), and you must be careful not to touch any of the metal when unplugging it.

Dear Sirs I would rate this product a 5 star if it were a 3/8"NPT,I had ordered the wrong size. How can I exchange the 1/2"NPT for a 3/8'NPT sure would appreciate the help. jimbobber@comcast.net

This was installed on a CASE front end loader and works like a charm. Other ( smaller ) heaters would need to be powered all the time but this only needs to be plugged in an hour before you want to start it. Great product and will probably get several more.
