This is a decent tackle bag for wading or riding a bike to your spot. I got this specifically with the latter in mind. It fits three 3600 size Plano cases comfortably. It's got a binder pocket with plastic bags for soft baits which is nice. The seals on those bags hang down which is a bit questionable if you're using anything scented like Gulps. There's a couple of fairly small pockets for other stuff. I found myself wanting some kind of tool pocket for a knife and a lip gripper. I can fit them in the main pouch but I would prefer them to be more accessible. There are a couple of d-rings on the outside that I could hang them from so that may be the route I go. I really like the ability to wear this as a sling or backpack. Rod holder works alright but you obviously have a giant antenna sticking away overhead so you won't be using it in any wooded areas. Overall a decent bag.

Like the backpack, very convenient with a great little detachable binder for soft plastic baits and the 2 hard plastic tackle boxes for my jigs and set ups. Really looking forward to using it this spring for lingcod

I have one of kastking's smaller sling bags that I really like for solo trips or kayak fishing but I wanted something bigger for when I took the family out. This bag might be exactly what I was after. I can easily fit three 3600 size boxes in the bottom of the main pocket with room to spare for some jackets and hats or anything else. The detachable bait pouches is a neat touch. I'm excited to try it out and will update when I have more time with it. Tight lines everyone.

I’ve been looking for a fishing backpack for sometime as I’ve been using a handheld bag and it’s not the most convenient when your hands are already full of fishing rods. This kastking bag is exactly what I was looking for. It’s lightweight, has ample storage for my tackle, and very versatile. The front of the bag features a Velcro pocket up top that’s super easy to get in and out of and fits 2 rolls of the kastking leader I have perfectly side by side. The front also has a removable smaller bag that’s attached by 2 clips and Velcro. The small bag includes binder clips and ziplock style bags for storing your lures. I personally didn’t use the bags as I prefer the smaller bag for additional storage of other items. On the side of the bag you’ll find a bottle holder and the other side has a nice leather and Velcro strap to store a fishing rod. This is great if you like to ride a bike or scooter to your fishing spot. Inside the bag has sizable storage that can comfortably fit 2-3 tackle boxes. There’s also 2 laptop style slots in there. Lastly, the strap to hold the bag is one of the best features! It has a very smart zipper design that allows you combine both straps to make it a sling bag or keep it separate for more of a traditional backpack look. I found wearing both ways to be comfortable as there is a good amount of padding on the straps. Overall, I love the functionality and look of the bag. Its versatility makes it great for a fisherman who moves around different fishing spots and wants to keep their tackle close by. Very happy with the bag so far. (See photos)

I have several older backpacks used for hunting and fishing and decided to upgrade! Wow, the features and the well thought out storage options are just perfect. The old bags will collect dust as this will be my new goto bag.

Great on-the-go backpack. Easy for me to pack my favorite baits and go. Has bags inside pouch that make it easy to organize. Would recommend.

I have purchased many items from the fishing company KastKing and have never been disappointed. They also have really good customer service if you ever have a question regarding one of their products. As they say, you get what you pay for. If you are looking for a fishing backpack, this is a great choice. Its the perfect size for tackle, rod/reel and other pertinent items you might need on a trip. I plan to use it at the creek for fly fishing as well at the beach for surf fishing.
