We have had to use pliers to straighten the pins that make contact with the battery to straighten them. They bend over easily if the battery is not inserted very carefully. But with the correction it still works well.

SLOWWWWW charge. Even with the fast charging "H" mode on, it took charging 2 batteries at 50% to 100% 4 hours. Just buy the Sony's official charger if you're looking for a fast dual charger.
