Impressive and Convenient EKG Monitoring at Home!I recently purchased the KardiaMobile Six-Lead Personal EKG Device, and overall, I’m very impressed with its performance and convenience. As someone who needs to keep an eye on my heart health, having a compact and accurate EKG monitor that I can use anytime is a game-changer. This device offers a lot of great features, but there are a few minor drawbacks that keep me from giving it a full five stars.Setup and Ease of Use:Setting up the KardiaMobile was straightforward. The app is user-friendly and guided me through the pairing process quickly. The device itself is compact and portable—about the size of a credit card—so I can easily carry it in my pocket or bag. Taking an EKG reading is simple: I just place my fingers on the sensors and follow the prompts in the app. I really appreciate that it only takes 30 seconds to get a detailed six-lead reading, which feels much more comprehensive than a standard single-lead EKG.Accuracy and Insights:The accuracy of the readings seems excellent. I shared a few reports with my doctor, and they were impressed with the clarity and detail provided. The six-lead feature is a significant upgrade compared to similar devices, offering more information and a better overall view of heart health. The app's ability to detect AFib, bradycardia, tachycardia, and normal sinus rhythm is reassuring and makes it easier for me to track any irregularities. The reports generated are professional-looking and can be easily shared with healthcare providers via email.Subscription Model Drawback:My main gripe, and the reason for giving four stars instead of five, is the subscription model for some of the more advanced features. The base app is functional, but a lot of valuable insights, like cloud storage for EKGs, deeper analysis, and cardiologist reviews, are locked behind a monthly fee. I understand the need for a subscription to sustain ongoing support and analysis, but it would have been nice if a few more features were included in the base purchase price.Battery and Connectivity:On the plus side, the device has been reliable in terms of Bluetooth connectivity—no issues with pairing or dropped connections. The battery life is also impressive; I’ve been using it for a few weeks now without needing to replace it. The fact that it doesn’t need frequent charging or maintenance is a big advantage for me.Final Thoughts:Overall, the KardiaMobile Six-Lead Personal EKG Device is an excellent tool for anyone who wants to monitor their heart health at home with a high level of accuracy and convenience. The comprehensive readings and ease of use are major strengths. If you’re willing to pay for the subscription to unlock all the advanced features, it’s even better. Despite the added cost for premium features, I’m happy with my purchase and would recommend it to anyone who takes their heart health seriously.

This is a great device for anyone to learn how to use! It offers a great amount of features and consultations from cardiologist. I don't have any complaints and have been using mine for over six months!

Have a good friend with a new case of A F. Drs. Got her converted with medication. But it is nice to do a multi lead EKG to check every once in awhile.

Product work as advertised. Takes a minute to fully grasp how to use it. But after that great tool. Invaluable for heart diagnosis at home

They don't tell you if you drop the subscription you even lose the R-R Interval Plot and the Average Beat Plot on the reports. That's just being vindictive. So pretty much the unit is useless without the subscription other than a toy.The device does seem to completely miss some events that it should easily detect and is a bit jittery for the first few seconds of the test. Mine completely misses AFib (verified by cardiologist) and Right Bundle Branch Block, which is easy to see.You can set it to capture longer than 30 seconds, but it will still review only the first 30 seconds. That seems kind of silly to me and takes away some of the value.The KardiaCare Heart Health Membership seems like a complete waste of money. You will always get a pretty canned response stating the event could or might not be serious and you should always see a doctor. One could probably come up with that on their own. And I found my cardiologist to be completely uninterested in the device results even though he suggested I try one???On the flip side it is fun to play with and therein lies all of its value. The KardiaCare subscription is a complete waste of money in my opinion. If you really want a review of your ECG here it is: You may or may not be sick. See your doctor. That'll be $25 please. :-)

I bought in July. Only used maybe 10 times total and the sensor on the bottom won't pick up on my leg or ankle. I know it still "works" because if I put my finger on the bottom sensor it will light up green. But for some reason won't pick up on my leg or ankle. Very frustrating because it's such an expensive product and of course past the return date. Thought I'd be able to use it more than 10 times. Also, when you're having heart symptoms and need to take your readings immediately you can't afford to lose time fiddling around with a device that doesn't work. Dry disappointed!

As the result of a recent surgical procedure, I suddenly found myself unexpectedly having paroxysmal atrial fibrillation. Not fun. My cardiologist anticipated that it might go away on its own as I recovered, so I wanted a way to track my episodes instead of having to take my pulse and guess.This device does just that. It's easy to set up and within 30 seconds, it'll tell you whether you are in AFIB, you're in normal sinus rhythm, or somewhere in between, using only the index and middle finger of both hands. (There's a more advanced mode where you use your leg as well, but I haven't tried that mode.)The software will show you your cardiac rhythm and tracks it, allowing you to bring up any day you've taken a measurement. There are other features as well, but I haven't delved into them, so I can't tell you how well they work.

I asked my doctor what he thought of these devices before I purchased. He said they were very accurate, so I bought one. It was easy to connect and use. It works great and now I know the doctor will be able to see my problems as they happen without having to go to a hospital.
