My grandsons ages 3,2,and 1 love the sound, They love using the mics so they can sing and hear themselves. The lights are cool! Great quality and easy to use. I love the Bluetooth connection.

This is not some professional level karaoke wireless mic machine that would probably cost hundreds if not thousands of dollars, but for the price point they’re selling it at here on Amazon, you get a lot of bang for the buck! The sound quality is not 100% clear, but it’s still works great, and the machine does pretty much everything they say it can do, and so you can have a lot of family fun singing duets, with or without your favorite music, and with or without the vocal tracks on that music. Plus, the appearance of the machine and the light display are also well done for the price point. So, I would’ve given this 4 to 4 1/2 stars for just the machine, but I’m giving it five stars because the customer service is awesome. Here’s what I experienced:I had reason to call the Fansbe Tech customer service line a few times during the first couple of weeks after the karaoke machine arrived, and each time I left a voicemail, one “Mary“ got back to me right away, and each time, with the question or problem I had, Mary was able to do a great job helping me. She is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, intelligent, respectful, and a good listener. Thank you, Mary! And thank you, FansBeTech, for hiring people like her.

I bought this for my toddler who loves to sing and dance! My toddler loves it! Works very well. No problems with it yet. Hopefully I don’t. The sound quality is clear, the microphone works well and the system is easy to set up. It comes with fun features. The built-in lights add a great party vibe. Very fun and Highly recommend!

I didn't know what to expect from a box this cheap. After comparing this to a couple other machines at different price points, here are my takeaways:PROS• Cheap• Microphone performs adequately• The sound over bluetooth is actually surprisingly good• Has a physical power switchCONS• The weight distribution feels totally off, all the weight is in the front where the speakers are, and the back feels like it has nothing in it.• The plastic is hard and feels very cheap.• The microphone feels like a toy• All the buttons are the same type, so it's hard to find the volume up/down controls quicklySo overall I'm giving it 4 stars, only taking one away because of how flimsy it feels. But if you need a portable karaoke box and don't want to spend a fortune, this is a pretty good option.

I love this Karaoke machine. I use it at parties and everyone loves to hear themselves in the speaker. The speaker sounds great and the setup was really easy. There are several different types of voice changers that are fun to use. You can also turn on and off the dancing lights in the front.I did have a couple suggestions. Use the setting without the reverb. Unfortunately all of the voice effects except for one have a reverb, which isn't my preference but it's not a big deal.I wish that the default (when turning on the machine) was the voice effect without reverb.I did have one issue where if we screamed real loud in the speaker it would turn off and then back on. However, this only happened when it wasn't charged fully. I would recommend keeping it charged for the best results. Overall I keep this a 5 stars because of the quality, usability, and price.

I bought this for my babygirl 17th birthday it's money well spent. The size is perfect she has so much fun making videos with her friends. The microphone quality is great but she really loves the different sound effects it does and the color changing lights are cool. She said it charges easy too. The girls had a blast with this on Karaoke night I'm glad I bought this for her and I highly recommend it.
