The faucet shown did not come with a 3-hole cover. I got this one on Amazon which I installed with the new faucet. It looks like it came with the faucet and is an exact shiny chrome match. The material is solid stainless steel and a perfect solution to the missing cover.

Worked exactly as planned for installation of a 1-hole faucet in my garage utility sink. Perfectly sized to hide those extra holes in the 3-hole 6-inch faucet layouts, usually found in utility and bathroom sinks. Bought the nickel finish version which matched my faucet nicely and looks like it came with the faucet.The size of the plate is large enough to hide the two extra holes without being excessively large. Also, I found the spongy foam gasket provided with the plate to be good protection of water intrusion below the plate. In my garage application, I used only the gasket and no putty or caulk in addition. Solid item and a good value.

I wanted to upgrade my bathroom faucet., however I noticed the faucet didn't have a deck plate. My old faucet/sink was for a 3 hole faucet. My upgrade is a single hole faucet and needed to cover to un-used holes. This deck plate has a foam insert and fits the new faucet just right. It came in a box wrapped in protective foam wrap. No scratches or dings due to shipping!
