Absolutely wonderful. I bought in may, 2023. Tip of red lead broke and that was a couple months ago they promptly sent replacement. No hassles. It has weight to it. They could just put lead in it, I know, but I like the hefty feel and it’s sturdy. The little things really add up like pull the bottom out at back and you have a convenient stand. Flashlight turn on or off by holding right red button for two seconds. You can check current inciting holding it next to power. The back has a slot where you can easily hang on the wall. The back also has slots to where you can clip the device the red and black leads. Gives you low battery warning. Been nearly two yeas and no warning. Can sound when checking resistance. Neat feature is when turn the dial the light come on beneath the holes you are to connect to. You can hit hold and it saves your last reading. Wonderful device!!!

Surprisingly lightweight for its size. its not too big to fit in the average hand. The dial and operation is also simplistic and easy to use and understand. i love it.I do wish it had a REL function for zeroing when measuring high sensitivity stuff, as the multimeter's readings sometimes fluctuate without measuring anything. The leads are not silicone, so if you want a less rigid lead kit, you'll have to purchase one separately. I recommend the one from Bionso. If that doesn't matter to you, this is a straight buy. 5/5

If you're looking for a 20,000 count meter on a tight budget, then this is likely the one to getI bought it on sale for about $40. This brand has done an impressive job at getting the meter down to this low of a price point for it's quality and its features. At first when I bought it, I didn't like it because it felt like a toy when I bought it. The flashing lights at the inputs and the flashlight made me feel like I was buying a toy. And I wound up purchasing the Uni-T UT61E+, which is definitely a better meter is about all respects. But after owning the Keiweets a little longer I realized it is still a very decent meter. Though I mostly use it on my car, while I use the Uni-T for everything else.Just about everything works about average or better on this. The only thing that I can truly complain about is that if you're using the resistance feature, and you're just measuring the resistance by shorting the leads, it can take several seconds for the reading to settle down. For instance it might read 0.20 Ohms of resistance, and it will take about 10 seconds for the for the measurement to slowly drop down to 0. Which isn't a deal breaker in my opinion. Most measurements seem decently accurate. There are two things I wish the meter had, that most meters with this high of resolution usually have: a Relative button and a manual range button. Which both very helpful when you need them. But at this price point I understand why they left those features out. These decisions likely helped get that low price point.Lastly I thought the leads were a little cheap - they're made with 20 gauge wire instead of usual 18 gauge. But once again, probably done to keep the price point low. And if you look up a tear down video on this meter on YouTube you will find that the input protection is a little limited. But not unexpected for this price point.Really all and all, if you want a high resolution meter, at a great price and aren't too picky about extra features - for instance the lack of a Rel and range button - then this is a fantastic meter selection. The meter even feels good quality in your hands and the dial is solid. And it comes with a decent carrying bag and manual too that fit nicely in the bag.

This is to update my previous review. They original one I received was used obviously because it had holes drilled in it! I had a conversation with the seller and they assured me that it was Amazon that sent me a used one and that could not have possibly happened through their distribution. The replacement unit works well. It does meet specifications listed in the manual. The case seems to be of a sufficient quality to make the meter reasonably rugged especially in this price range. The test leads are typical PVC insulation so they're a little stiff and specially in cold weather, but they are functional and what you would expect in this price range so I'm not going to knock them. Optional silicone test leads are available for a few more dollars and I would recommend getting them if you're using this meter for more than hobby or home use. The replacement test leads (not expensive) also come with adapters for various uses and those are handy in many situations even if you are a hobbyist, home tinkerer or a shade tree mechanic. Also the warranty is a plus. 3 years at this price point is unheard of anywhere else. I was impressed enough that I purchased another Kaiweets meter, the peak current inrush reading amp clamp. I was trying to find a model number in the listing but it is the unit that is as of February 25th selling for $89.95. It has also turned out to offer value beyond its price. The meter seems to be rugged and would take a few hits but I wouldn't try throwing it against the wall like you could with a Fluke. Then again you're not paying Fluke prices and if used in the proper setting this meter will last. If you're not going to use a meter for a long time please remove the batteries. Alkaline batteries contrary to some opinion will leak and cleaning that up can go anywhere from being an annoyance to totally destroying the meter. If you're using this in a home setting, hobbyist, shade tree mechanic or light-duty commercial use not involving high energy systems it's a very good value and I think you'll be very happy with it. But as always if you're in an industrial setting and you need cat 3/cat 4 I would go with a proper industrial meter that has had the cat 3/cat 4 rating performed by UL, ETL or in Fluke's case, Fluke's own in-house testing lab. Would you really trust your life in those situations to a product that cost $36? I would hope not. From my previous review:I opened by meter today and it looked good until I turned over the meter to put the batteries in. There are two holes drilled into the kick stand and two holes started but not finished. These are not factory at all and either this was a demo or a used meter recycled as a new unit . Returning for a refund. I purchased a new unit NOT a refurb or return. The box seal shows evidence of being peeled back and replaced.I will not rate accuracy, easy to read, or value for money. I have not looked at any of these. I'm not even bothering with inserting the batteries. If the company will send one out like this, I cannot trust the unit for accuracy nor safety.
