I think this set of coloring books are a step above some others out there. My only negative is they are hard to color the way they are bound. I take a box cutter and cut each page. Works for me.

I own several of these Kaisercraft coloring books. Here are the pros and cons in my opinion for what it's worth:PROS:Excellent illustrationsPages are white CARD STOCK!CONS:Illustrations on both sides of each pageMany illustrations run into the spine of the book making it hard to color those areasThe books do not lay flat and getting them to do so is an effort.Non-perforated pages are difficult to remove without destroying your workSome illustrations are off center on the page with one small object to color and tons of blank white space leftSo why do I own several of these? I ordered them without being able to see them first based on one I bought at Barnes and Noble which for some reason did not have any of the above mentioned flaws. So I assumed they'd all be like that. But alas, not. All that said, I do like the quality of the art and the fact that each page is heavy card stock so I'm keeping them and going to try to make the best of it.

I can never say enough good things about the beautiful illustrations, and quality of these coloring books. I normally share my coloring books with my family and friends when they visit and want to sit down and color, but these books i have put in my "private" coloring book section! They make wonderful gifts too. My very first book from Kaisercolour was a gift from a dear friend and I have been hooked ever since. Highly recommend.
