whomever is metering the bolts is erring on the side of the business. in all sizes except two i was missing bolts. i didn't bother counting nuts or washers. i do appreciate the sizes supplied as they are a perfect range for my car repair projects. i will eventually need some that are bigger but i'll just get them locally.

Great value. Great variety of different size bolts and nuts. Easy to use like any other bolt. Seem like good quality. Function great. Used to add some brackets to car to hold oil cooler. Over not bad. Nice to have a box on hand and easy to get to

took a chance on these, but they work very well and seem to be as durable as advertised, use them on my motorcycles, I was worried that they werent truly grade 8, but the threads are strong and hex heads are holding up
