I've never had a toilet that gets dirty so quickly since I've moved into my current house. Everything sticks to the sides it's so gross! This sounded like a great item to help keep it cleaner. I was skeptical at first but it really works! Even my parents want one for their toilet. It was easy to install following directions. It doesn't take a lot of room. It can also be easily removed or transferred to another toilet. The tablets do smell pretty strong. My bathroom smells slightly of chlorine which is the only downside, but the clean toilet makes it worth it.

It definitely keeps the bowl clean as well as the tank. However I just don't enjoy the smell of the bleach or cleaner. I guess I prefer my bathroom to have a more floral scent than the heart smell of bleach. It works really well and if you're not so sensitive to the smell like I am I think this would be a great product for you. When the time to replace the product came, I found that the initial one was not dissolved. Think the design probably allows it to be replaced based on usage rather than timing it and this is a mud room that isn't used as often.

This is not an oxiclean toilet cleaner like the description says. It uses a bromine tablet which provides about 76% bromine and 24% chlorine to the toilet to kill pathogens. As others mentioned, this doesn't really clean the toilet if you have a mark on the toilet. At least not quickly. It will take a long time and many flushes for it to clean the mark away. But it will kill and prevent mold very quickly and is highly effective at this task which is what I wanted it for. There is no foam or residue and the plastic is highly durable. I also appreciate that I can purchase my own bromine tablets for much cheaper than a refill would cost and fit them in this device when it eventually runs out.

Easy to install, and it keeps the toilet bowl clean. I get a whiff of chlorine once in a while but it certainly has kept my toilet cleaner. Still, have to scrub the toilet, but it keeps the brown and green colors knocked back from bacteria.

la verdad me sorprendio lo sencillo que fue instalarlo, yo lo usare con pastillas de cloro y hasta el dia de hoy, ha funcionado muy bien.

Continuous cleaning systems are hard to come by for some reason, especially those that aren’t vendor locked for the refills, this is the best way I’ve found so far.Holding well for the past couple of months.

Okay, sorry for the gross pics, but I just have to leave a review because this thing has been a total game changer for us!! We live in a condo complex and I'm not sure if it's the water being higher in minerals or what, but it was leaving a pink ring around the toilet water and getting nasty SO quickly. The first photo is of our toilet about a week after giving it a thorough scrubbing 🤢Second photo is FOUR WEEKS after installing the Kaboom system. I haven't cleaned the inside of our toilet bowl even once! And it has stayed in amazing condition. The pink ring is gone, as is the grime. It is honestly so nice to only clean the outside of the toilet and not have to think about scrubbing the bowl every few days anymore!Setup was super easy. Just make sure you have the correct flushing setup - it needs 2 tubes to hook up to. I used the tubes included in the kit and had no issues! Be sure to flush once before putting the back lid back on - the first one I set up in the way of the flushing mechanism, and it got stuck so it wouldn't refill the toilet. But once I moved it and pinned it out of the way (with the included pin), all was perfect! It has been a month and you can see the state of the tablets - they still have a lot of life. I liked the included sticker to remember when to replace them, and just put it on a not-super-visible spot on the side of the toilet. There is a slight bleach smell to the water, especially just after flushing, but it hasn't bothered me at all and isn't very strong in my opinion. I did purchase spa bromine tablets to try out as more affordable replacements, but haven't used them yet.

It works not as well as advertised but over time and with scrubbing it does remove stubborn stains, I'll see once the stains are gone if it keeps them gone

For me, this product has worked perfectly! But, I read and followed the instructions. You cannot just throw the tablets into the tank. Also, as some have indicated, the bromine smell was very strong. It was the same in our small bathroom. So instead of loading the dispenser with 2 tablets, I only use 1. Problem solved. Finally, this product will only maintain the cleanliness of your toilet. Start with a very clean toilet, and it stay that way. Start with a dirty toilet, and it will stay that way as well!

When my wife said she wanted a scrub-free, continuous cleaner installed in the toilet tank, I told her I had been there and done that. I refused to put tablets in the tank. She insisted, so I searched for a solution. First, I tried one that hangs on the rim. The scent was pleasant, but it still required regular cleaning under the rim and above the water line. It was okay, but not ideal. I eventually decided it wasn't worth it. I decided to give the Kaboom system a try. It works very well. I highly recommend it.Some say it has a clean, light scent. It is more of a bleach scent. I normally sit about 8 feet from the toilet. It was overpowering enough to make me sneeze. After a month or so, I've gotten used to it, and it doesn't bother me anymore. I don't even notice it. I'm a little concerned about having these fumes around all the time.It does cause the tank top to shift forward and hike up in the back. At first, I thought it was going to be a problem. It's okay.I've installed it on three toilets. All three are a little different. All installed quickly without a problem. It's cheap, simple, and effective. It seems to be the ideal delivery system. I suppose it could be used for other things besides bleach.
