This was the first time using such tiny paper. I do not like it as much as my other Juya strips. Here’s why: the paper bends and creases in places you don’t want it to. The paper fades a little when glue hits it. Finally, it takes longer for glue to dry. If you do a tight coil, plan on holding a bit longer than normal strips. I’m giving it a good review because it is a good price and I had fun quilling w such delicate strips and made some cool butterflies.

If you use 3mm strips in your quilling, this is the purchase for you. It may seem expensive but it’s totally worth it. This is perfect for any projects where you use shading and answers any needs when using graduating colors. For example, there are numerous reds, each package a different shade of red. This color grouping has made my pieces far more interesting. The strips are a bit shorter than some but don’t let this stop you.

I haven’t been quilling for long, (3yrs.) but I feel like I’ve worked with many different kinds of paper and I am absolutely in love with this paper!! And I hope to NEVER have to use a different brand or kind!! The only thing is, I wish I could order specific colors....on the other hand, I LOVE seeing my stock piling up!!! 😃😍😃
