i can see at a glance now what notebook holds what files. so helpful. before i was taking each notebook down checking the contents. i had also tried different color notebooks but i didn't like that look. now all my notebboks are the same color and they look nice and neat.

I am a crafter and have several stacked plastic shoebox sized lidded boxes in my craft closet. This prevents me from having to pull boxes out in order to know what is in them( because I just read the label on the end of box. I have used these on notebooks in the past along time ago when I printed recipes rather than save them on computer.

I use these on small plastic storage bins. It is so much easier to change the label to something new when you want to change the contents. Before I would have to peel off the label, get out my label maker, and make a new label. Now I take the label out, erase it, and put it back in. If you are a perfectionist, you could make a label and slide it into the sleeve and still avoid the process of removing the old label.

These were exactly what I was looking for!!! I found lots of these on Amazon, but they don't include the pre-cut cards like these have!!! Very good quality!!!

Just wanted to mention that these label holders turned out to fit perfectly on the Akro Mills small bins. Akro sells label holders as well, but are WAY too expensive - about $1.00 a piece. These also come with label inserts, which is handy, and are a great value for the money.
