I've now had product for just over a year. The internal material has broken down to the point where there is about 1-2 inches of extra jute material just hanging there. I use the ottoman as a foot stool, nothing out of the ordinary. For the price paid, I would have thought it would last a bit longer. There is no zipper to fix or replace. I tried emailing the company to see about a warranty but no reply. If you plan to actually use the item, I would consider a different product.

I bought this ottoman for our new camper so we can prop our feet up while sitting on the couch, and it makes the camper look “homier” to me. It’s well made and looks great in the “den”. I love it!

I like it. Tiny stinky when opened , like a new shower curtain. Perfect for an “extra” in my room. Firm but comfortable enough for bare feet.

I would’ve given this product, a five star rating, except for the color was supposed to be gray and natural. As you can see, it is brown. Still beautiful and I will keep it.

So cheap, just foam block inside. Immediately out of shape and looks horrible. Don’t buy.

I love the size and height of this pouf. The jute material makes it very durable. My cat treats it like a giant toy. It does tip very easily.
