Ok, i know its 3d printed and you could probably make one on your own, but he has the flow dialed in with this one and it has lasted over a year now. Perfect slurry to air combination! nice size, fits the hand nice very low fatigue. Well deigned!just buy this guys and its so inexpensive its not worth making your own!!

I just purchased this for my DIY vapor blaster. I am running medium glass bead for aluminum parts (I rebuild diesel engines/transmissions for a living).At first it seemed kind of cheap but in reality the plastic is pretty thick. I've got about 10 hours on it so far.It came with 3 nozzles labeled "6" and one nozzle labeled "10". I am assuming that is referring to the cfm of the gun, however my compressor is 20CFM @ 60 psi and can't build pressure while operating my vapor blaster. It is at a stalemate. With that being said I guess I am wrong about the numbers on the nozzles. I couldn't believe how fast the parts were getting cleaned. I have used a $6000 vapor hone which was apparently set up for 12 CFM and my blaster is WAY faster than that one. I'll just say this... I can pull a set of 6 pistons straight out of a Cummins diesel engine completely covered in particulate/carbon throw them into my vapor blast cabinet and have 6 perfectly clean pistons in less than 10 minutes easy. If i wanted to be as quick as I could I would say roughly 6-7 minutes.So I guess it is closer to 20CFM idk. Maybe the manufacturer measures in metric units but i'm unsure what they are

So it was everything I wanted ... worked amazing for one day... Then the screw on piece just crumbled on day two ... you know the part that holds the tip in... sent the company an IM through Amazon asking for some help but did not get a reply... I will say this... if that gun was made out of good material they would be on to something... because for one whole day that baby ripped... and I’ve tried all the guns ... it out performed all of them by far... the dam thing just crumbled on day two when I went to try another tip.. could not believe it..ugh.

First off I was a tad sketched out with it being 3D printed being that I 3D print myself and know how brittle it usually is. That being said, I went ultra easy on the connections and double rubber washered my hose connectors. No leaks, fits tight, super comfy in my hand when I blast. Notice the first nozzle pic is how they come. I sandblast and know how the tips get eroded… for that reason I bought brass thin walled bushing stock on this website. Cut some liners for the nozzles. To install I heated up the nozzle with heat gun then leave the brass in freezer for about an hour. Work quick and press them together. I have a metal lathe so I cut my length and trued the inside edge lastly.Edit:3 or so years later and still going strong! I just used it today again! 2/16/2025

Victor put together a very well thought out kit. All the parts you need to install and use his 3D printed blast gun including extra tips and a custom machined check valve. The ergonomics of the gun itself are fantastic. Easy to use and easy to hold. I don't have a 3D printer so this kit is perfect for me. Thank you Victor!!
