We have another set that screws together, but it weakens the ability to use it. These are SOLID. Kids love the colors.

I bought this set for my best friends children ages 4- 12 . They have really enjoyed playing with these . They are metal and wood and very sturdy .

Sturdy and well made, these tools should last a long time. The 3-6 year olds to whom they were given immediately took them outside and played with them. These are sturdy enough and the right size for teaching your children gardening skills.

Many kids love to play in the dirt but usually have nothing to really work with. Adult tools are too heavy and not safe; these are a great size, weight and can actually give children a great start to gardening!

This was a christmas present for my, at the time 3 year old, nephew. He and his parents loved them! The tools Promoted work and constructive parallel play. The tool have now passed down to his younger sister. Since he is able to use full sized tools to help in the garden

These are well made metal ended tools. I bought these so my kids could help plant the garden and whatnot with us. If my tool is out of reach, I'll grab one of these. Good quality! I'd buy these again. Perfect size for a 3 and 4 year old.

We’ve had these for a year now and they’re as sturdy as ever after seeing a whole season of garden use, followed by being accidentally left under the snow and ice all winter (oops! 😅). Made with good materials - wood handle, metal tool end attached with metal bolts, and a plastic cap at the top of the handle.These are real tools in child size, which is super important for my 2 year old who gets frustrated with useless replica tools that can’t actually do the job (nothing upsets my toddler quite like a shovel that can’t dig, which is fair enough!). He wants to be able to do garden and yard work alongside his parents and these tools really facilitate that. Plus, because they actually work, the tools give him a chance to learn the skills to use them effectively.I can’t say enough good things about these. Love them.

TL;DR: good quality, useable metal child-sized garden tools, just require supervision as they are metal and sharp!I didn't realize when I ordered that these are real, metal garden tools for kids, NOT PLASTIC. They are great, but as they are metal, and sharp, they require close supervision for younger children. We got these for our 3yo to "help" us with yard and garden work, and I have to say they are good quality, useful tools appropriately sized for a young child. So far we have used the rake and the spade. They are sharp, so we had to do some coaching to keep the tools low to the ground, and required careful listening to instructions. If you are not confident your child will not wildly wave these around, I would look for a plastic set instead. If you feel your child will be able to listen and act with care with sharp tools, then they are great as they actually work, instead of being frustrating, breakable plastic.

Mis hijos siempre quieren ayudar en el jardín, así que cuando vi este set de herramientas pensé en ellos y no me equivoqué, porque les encantaron.Además de tener una buena apariencia por los colores, son de muy buena calidad, el palo es de madera firme que lijada y tiene un barniz protector y la parte inferior de metal, que está atornillada al palo, por lo que no se zafa. La parte superior tiene un plástico para que se puedan colgar fácilmente. Mis hijos tienen 2 y 5 años y las usaron sin problema. espero duren mucho.
