This is a wonderful set. Very well made and even stylish. We used it on a very rainy and windy day and my son remained warm and dry. Except for his feet which were the only part of his body not covered by the suit.I like that the jacket has either a zipper or snap buttons for flexibility of wearing. On a calm day the zipper could be left open to allow heat to escape while keeping the jacket closed using the snap buttons. I also like that the pants waist can be adjusted using snap buttons to accommodate a growing child or different layering of clothing.

This is by far the best rain coat and pant my kids have ever had, as well as myself. Super durable, it will fit my eleven year old for a few years, and it's held up to our wet winter rather than our cold winter very well. The reflective striping is a bonus as well. The only downside is the lack of pockets. There isn't any on the pant nor the jacket. Ideally both would have had some sort of a pocket but at minimum a pocket on the pant would have made sense since it would be covered by the jacket when on.

This is a sturdy full-coverage rainsuit that appears to be completely waterproof; kiddo has spent the entire day in the rain and his clothing underneath was bone dry. Note that it's raingear only, you'll want to layer underneath if it's also cold out.THe construction is very good and I can see this lasting him through next season and then handed down for another.

This is a perfect set for kids, it's thick so it will be tough, and better than half the price grundens. When my grandson out grows them I will order the next size

For reference, my son is 8 years old and I bought him size 10/12 because I wanted it roomy. This seems to be high-quality material and is true to size, and fits amazing, with some room to grow. The only downside is there is absolutely NO pockets on either piece. His dad has his own waterproof gear, that is a different brand and it most definitely has pockets with waterproof zippers, and I so wish these had them too. I may have to send them back😢
