Make sure that the chocolate is completely cooled before trying to remove from mold. If you remove too early then it will fall apart.
I used the white chocolate colored circles you buy at the craft store. I melted them and put them in the mold. I then lifted mold and tapped it onto table to remove air bubbles. I put it in the freezer for about ten minutes and then they easily came out.

Mold is challenging to use as some of the animal ears are very shallow. Chocolate broke very easily in some places when trying to remove.
