It is very easy assembly. A snap in place process, so you could use the tap help of a rubber mallet. I was not strong enough ( age 75). Reviews say it does keep things dry, but I live in Az, so I may not to get to test that out! It is roomy and doubling as seating is great as my patio is small. I just would not recommend a heavy weight for an extended period of time. But that is my opinion. So the storage and seating combined is a plus for me. I ordered brown, and it is brown. Product is labeled made in Vietnam. Instructions are simple with 6 pieces to complete the deck box! I am going to order 2 more. And yes, I would recommend.

Very easy to put together, nicely made, clean crisp look and is strong. Lid works well to store our furniture covers when we take them off deck furniture.We recommend highly.

Just the right size. Wish the plastic was more sturdy but it gets the job done for the price. I put on my patio to keep gardening tools, gloves, birdseed, etc in it. Very handy and affordable.

Easy to put together. Perfect size for storage near my patio dining table & loungers. Matches a larger pool storage box we bought years ago. Good value & quality. Also works as an extra seat.

I really liked the assembly process, no tools, parts just snap together. The instructions could be better but overall pretty easy assembly and packaged well for shipment. It's small enough to be unobtrusive yet big enough to store what I need.
