I have three remote controllers that I use when I am at my desk. I followed the directions for how to attach these Magnetic Remote Control Holders to the side of my desk and to the remotes. Two of my remotes have curved backs and the part that connects to the back of the remote would not stay connected. One of them was an easily replaceable Spectrum Universal remote. After the part that is supposed to be attached to that remote fell off for the second time I superglued it to the back of the remote since it is easily replaced. However when it fell off the Fire stick remote I did not want to use super glue on it. Then one of the pieces that was stuck to my desk, which is painted metal, fell off I gave up and now I am looking for a different option.

These have worked really well. The only thing is that the adhesive is not that good, and I had to try to adhere it many times to the remote control. I finally decided to use Crazy Glue, and voila, now it works really well. I like that they are small, but with the hook, it hangs up really well. My rating is 4 1/2 starts .

Bought these to hang up some of our remotes on the walls so the dogs would stop chewing them up. Very sturdy and nice. The sticker for both parts is very strong and we have had no issues. I did opt to put both up on flat surfaces, didn't want to chance it since we have textured walls but it might still work on those with how strong they are.

The mounts are rigid with no cushion to allow adhesion onto contouring surfaces. You need 3/4 inch clear flat surface for one side and 1 inch for the other in order to adhere correctly. Surprisingly none of my remotes had enough space available.

I love these, the stickiness is strong, the size is perfect and functionality wise you can use it for a lot of different things.
