It was delivered very quickly. So far, so good. I have only had to use the "sound" and "vibrate" so far. I have not used the shock and hope I don't have to ever use it. The collar is big for my dog but you can adjust it to fit. The collar also has reflective material on it for night walking. The controller is light weight and comes with a lanyard to attach to it. Nice to wear around your neck and have it at all times when training your dog. Works great and I'm glad we got it.

Fast delivery! Great product. I have five dogs and placed the item on the loudest one. The sound setting helps on the first try, and it also helps with the other dogs near him. I did not have to use the shock setting because the vibration works on the first try. One week later, my dog no longer barks at night.

I purchased the set with 2 collars. I unfortunately lost one dog shortly afterwards and so really didn't use either of them. I used one once but other then that they went un-used til a week ago. One had been on a charger so it was ready to go when needed but it was totally dead. So I charged the other one, well it too is totally dead. This was such a waste of money!! I have collars that are 10 yrs old, that have cracked cases and they are still going strong but these are practically new and they are junk!

I have a GS Mix, She is really reactive and she was giving me a hard time while training her. This collar has been a blessing to stop her reactivity. I hav used every single setting, however I moderate how much I use it. The collar on it's own, it's really durable, the color, it's not my favorite, i would wish they had a pink one. The size overall it's quite great and it's easy to adjust to any size of a dog. Works amazing for her. The battery life it's amazing, different that the other one on PETCO I would say I have used for 2 weeks on first initial charge. The vibration option it's the best one to get her attention back on me. When she it's out of control barking to the point of hitting the windows, or she jumps on people, I use the shock one to get her to retract, and now she thinks twice before acting that certain way.Before I used the shocking option, I tested it on my self. I'm gonna say, if you end up buying this, I commend you to do so. Feel the pain of it before you utilize this option. That way you know which option you are going to use to do the correction and for how long. I have seen people who use the shocking one at all times, and that should be a last resort correction. Make sure you stay consistent with the training and know when and how to use it.
