I got this for my 10 year old son and he loves it. The guns are really solid. They only hold about 7 paint balls at a time, but that's ok. Great gift, easy to use.

This product WOULD be perfect IF...... the balls that are included actually fit the markers they came with. The sizes of these paintballs vary incredibly creating inconsistent firing. The small balls don’t create enough compression and fire maybe 10-15 feet. They sometimes will shoot 2-3 balls at once. And they never break on impact. The larger sized ones, however, scream. They welt, they sting and they splatter. Travel fast and land hard at 30-40 feet. If the manufacturers could spend more time on creating a consistently sized product... I’d buy these every time.

Kids driving you crazy for paintball? These are great for young kids as they don’t shoot too hard and are easy to use. Just don’t store then paintballs in the garage if you live in a hot climate, they will melt.

Bought it for 7 and 8 year old. They loved the guns! They don't hurt that bad, have great accuracy, and are easy maintenance. We've done several wars in the woods with no issues at all.

This set is perfect for older kids/young teens, even adults. It's all the fun and excitement that those expensive paintball guns have, without having to worry about CO2. Yes, it is a little annoying having to cock the gun and refill every 5 min, but you can't beat the price! The paintballs are washable so no need to worry about ruined clothing, and the masks are quite durable so no need to worry about eye injuries or the like. All and all this is a great buy for back yard fun (or a way to let off some steam from sibling rivalry ). Oh..., some of the paintballs do break in the gun, but a quick rinse out with the water hose makes it good as new. Well worth the money!

Bought this as an add on for a set I bougjt my son years ago. He needed some extra so all his friends could play. This arrived quickly and so far appears just like his previous splat master guns/gear which he has used and loved for years. He and his friends are now young adults (19-21) and they still like these because they don't worry about running out of CO2. Quick convientant way to play paintball whenever they want.

the boys love these...but they do jam up. we bought two more splatmaster guns of a diffrerent type and they do not jam. it seems that the way you load these is an issue.

They work as expected but don't let a paint ball pop in it-inside gets greasy and balls will get stuck, the rod to fix that may pull out a rubber piece from the barrel. But the kids use them often and love them.
