Returns are only accepted within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that are still in 100% new, unused condition
We do not compensate your labor, towing, repair, rental expenses or any other related expenses.
Please contact us first before returning your product.The cost of shipping (if any) will be credited ONLY in those instances where the return is a result of our error or involves a defective auto part.
Shipping damage-related claims may require authentication including, but not limited to Mechanic Diagnosis, Pictures or Video of damaged goods – do not dispose of parts until instructed. Failure to provide authenticating documentation could result in denial of current warranty claim and forfeit of future warranty.
Once we received, conducted the inspection, and verified that your return meets above guidelines, allow 3-5 business days to process your refund including all applicable sales taxes. Any return without prior notice will not be accepted.
Warranty:
If an auto part is found to be defective within 90 days from the original date of purchase, we shall provide either a one-time replacement part or a one-time full refund when the part is out of stock. If an auto part is found to be defective within one year but after 90 days from the original date of purchase, we only provide a one-time replacement or a partial refund.
We only warranty cost of parts. Any installation or other fees are non-refundable.

Used in a kit car, works ok. Price is good quality is wanting. Moving lever has excessive play against stationary part.Update: Initially seemed acceptable but after short time in use the ratchet mechanism would not keep the brake engaged. Problem was it simply wore out because the rack and pawl are not hardened steel. I went to a wrecker and got a genuine Ford one and quality of the used brake is so much better than the chinese junk, I can see it will not wear out.

I'm giving this product a low score because it's hard for me to have inspected, installed and then sent it back with the hope that I had for this product to deliver. The biggest weakness is the pivot joint. Essentially, this product would be awesome, however, the ratcheting mechanism skips and will not lock even under little load. The lateral play and the poor locking are the killers. This item is not safe. It's so disappointing because I can see the potential with the overall design and it fit well. I like the metal cable being coated with plastic. If the maker could enforce the pivot joint this would be a great product. I hope I can help others with my photos. I have a 2008 Mustang.

Would not recommend. This e brake handle ratcheting mechanism failed after very little use. Very disappointed and a huge pain to install.
