The product arrived as described and was in good condition, but was not quite as high quality as I had hoped. It does the job well enough, but I don't think it will last as long as I would like. Good product, but it is for the bubble style switches and not for the mini switches like the flat plate style. My mistake.

The plate itself seems to be a decent product, but it does not work with the switches that they say are "frequently purchased together". There are also some base plates that are supposed to be used with it. The seller should do a better job of making sure they make buyers aware of which products it works with.
