The sun visor extender works perfectly for our Audi Q5 passenger seat. You just need to adjust the left strap to your preference but it's quite easy to set it up in a way that allows you to still have the mirror fully accessible. The simil-leather finish is nice and seems sturdy. The only thing I don't love is that in the center (both side) you can see a bump line from the inside structure of the visor. It's not very visible though so overall I definitely recommend it. The pen and card holders are useful, however, if mounted on the outside of the visor (to keep the mirror accessible in the inside), would be visible from the street (not safe for credit cards) and exposed to the sun on a long trip. Therefore I would only put a pen and a pencil and perhaps business cards.

Finally a product that works. The only downfall is that the clips loosen when u pull the visor down but can easily be tightened.

I looked at several visor extenders and this was the only one I could find that actually extended the visor to block the sun without covering the mirror. It actually goes on the other side of the visor so that when you pull the visor down it's behind the visor. The other ones that I looked at either were in front of the visor in front of the mirror, or they had shaded panels that pulled down all the way to give UV protection, but didn't block the sun. They were more like large sunglasses in the way they functioned.I recently got a Toyota RAV4 and the visors seem to be either higher or narrower than they were on my BMW x3. And during the late fall and winter months the sun is very low in the sky for a good part of the afternoon. So I was having trouble seeing when I drove which was quite dangerous. I had to put my hand up to block the sun. This visor is perfect for giving me the extra couple of inches that I need to shield the sun from my eyes. It also has extenders on both sides. And that's helpful when I pull the visor over to block my side window. Because even though the car visor has a side extender it's also quite narrow. The visor extender attaches to the car visor with two straps that lock into place. It was pretty easy to put on. I put the right strap through the hole where the visor clicks into place. The left strap does get in the way a little bit for where I have to put my hand to slide open the mirror. So now I have to reach my fingers under the strap. It is adjustable but I can only adjust it to the right which would block the mirror more. Because of how my visor is attached, I can't move the strap any further to the left to clear the mirror. But this is a small thing. It only blocks the first half inch or inch.It also has three pockets for credit cards or the like. I suppose this could come in handy when I'm paying at a drive-thru window. Or when I need to take a ticket from a parking garage. And there's also a place to put a pen which I guess could come in handy. It's not very aesthetically pleasing, as it's all black, and now it covers the visor when it's up. So I basically have this black thing that catches my eye in a beige interior. It would be nice if they could also offer this in a lighter color. Also the three panels are a little stiff to pull out at first but I imagine they will get a little easier over time. And I wouldn't want them to be too loose. Especially the bottom one. I wouldn't want it to just fall out by itself. So overall I am very pleased with this purchase! And I really feel like I have solved my problem of being able to see where I'm driving when the sun is low in the sky. It's a big relief!

I ordered the 2 pack of this item but only received 1 of them. One of the buttons on the one I did receive came loose in the package (not attached), it was easy to click back on. Overall the product is pretty nice, you can put it just about anywhere without obstructing vanity mirrors, it even fits on my massive F-250 visor. Was pretty easy to get on and adjusted to correctly block the sun where my visor didn't. One key feature that is missing is a way to solidify the item, the straps that it comes with are a little cheap and are not strong enough to keep the item from wiggling. This makes it difficult to manipulate the extenders with one hand.EDIT: As of 2/27/22 (almost a year later) I have now received a second piece in the mail after an email from customer support. The email informed me that the company would improve aspects of quality control and would work on making the straps stronger.I have had the product in my vehicle since then. After almost a year the siding is starting to warp and sag slightly, this far it is only a cosmetic issue as everything seems to be working as intended otherwise.
