Bike showed up quick, and was exactly as described. Unfortunately the inter tube on front tire was defective. Contacted joystar directly and they overnighted a new inter tube. They reached out to confirm I received replacement, and ensured I was happy. It's tough to find this level of customer service anymore. Well done JoyStar.

We got this for our three year-old for Christmas. It was fairly simple to put together and he loves it! It seems really sturdy and like it should hold up just fine. The color is true to the photo and he loves the bright green. For this price it’s a great buy. The training wheels are a little bit tricky to get level, but we figured it out on the second try.

This bike is so perfect for a 3 year old or higher. My 3 year old is riding it without training wheels already. The color jet fuel is absolutely awesome. Definitely recommend that color.

This bike was a terrible purchase. That’s what you get for being cheap. We opted for this as a first lea er bike following a strider. Hoping it would grow a bit with our toddler and didn’t want to spend too much since we expected, as he learns, the bike would incur a bit of a beating. But this bike just falls apart. It’s cheaply made, none of the bolts stay tight no matter how many times you tighten them. The ones which hold the wheels on, just wiggle their way right off. The seat swivels side to side unable to tighten securely in place. And the tires and tubes are absolutely garbage. Ours arrived out of box with a busted tube. Additionally the tube doesn’t really fit the tire or the rim. Have tried to replace the tub with two different sizes and it’s the same issues. Something about the way it’s designed constantly causes a tire to pop. Even had a proper bike shop pro look at it. New tube in, lasted a few hours. Total disaster. Have spent two weeks since its arrival trying to problem solve so our kid can actually ride his bike at school with his friends and there’s always an issue making it unrideable. Have tried to contact the companies customer service several times and been rerouted to a foreign country with zero help to offer.Don’t waste your money.

We bought this bike for our 3 year old son, it is stable and very easy to assemble. It is a great size (14”) for him now and for him to grow into. The customer service provided by Joystar is what sets this bike apart. I emailed them a question regarding assembly and they were quick to reply and sent a very helpful response. Additionally, after some use we had some trouble with a training wheel, Joystar quickly resolved the issue and sent a replacement training wheel. The customer service provided is commendable and I would not hesitate to buy another Joystar bike in the future.

La bicicleta es bonita y está muy bien pensada para los niños, a continuación resumo puntos destacables de la bicicleta:Positivos- Solo hay que colocar llanta delantera, manubrio, sillín, pedales y rueditas traseras- Las partes que ya están ensambladas traen buen ajuste- Componentes duraderos, asiento, puños, centro americano, etc...- Trae accesorios como reflejantes , rueditas traseras y calcomanías- Freno simple para un niño ya que es de contra pedalDesventajas:- Es pesada- Aunque trae herramientas para su ajuste, es una herramienta muy básica
