Received the cancellation, put in batteries, inserted bag, put on top and no fan/vacuum came on to suck the bag into place. It opens and closes very nicely, but the bag feature does not work. We have looked and looked and tried to figure out why it's not coming on, but we cannot find no clue. What are we doing wrong or is it simply defective?

This trash can works very well, the batteries last so long. The only issue I’ve had with it in a year is that the battery closure doesn’t stay closed so I had to tape it.

My first complaint about this was that the sensor was extremely slow I would have to wave my hand back and forth a few times before the lid actually opened. Fast forward a month after purchasing the lid will not open. It is a perfect size trash can but didn’t last for meUpdate! Customer service was great they helped me with an replacement it’s been over a month and do not have any issues

No hands use and streamline ... Perfect for our needs! Just the right size and still productive!Bag stays inside...may need a little bit of time to place the bag within the removable ring which is effective in keeping the bag in place during use of the bathroom can.JUST LOVE THE EASE AND PERFORMANCE...DEFINTELY A GOOD THING!

I recently ordered three really cool looking trash cans. Two for my bedroom and the other for the bathroom. Both from Amazon. But I found I didn't like throwing trash right in to the metal cans. So these bags fit perfectly into the cans, protecting them and making for easy disposal. I find them a little tricky to separate them from each other. I guess that will take practice. But overall these trash bags are great.
